To get a BSES duplicate bill via WhatsApp, follow these steps:
Step 1: Save the BSES WhatsApp Number

- For BSES Rajdhani (BRPL): +91 880019123(Working) or +91 9999919123
- For BSES Yamuna (BYPL): +91 8745999808
Step 2: Send a Message on WhatsApp
- Open WhatsApp on your phone.
- Save the relevant BSES number in your contacts (as mentioned above).
- Send a “Hi” or type “Duplicate Bill” on WhatsApp to the saved BSES contact.
Step 3: Follow the Prompts
After you send a message, the BSES chatbot will respond with a menu of options. Follow the instructions to get a copy of your duplicate electricity bill. You may be asked to provide your CA Number (Customer Account Number).
Once you follow the steps, a copy of your duplicate bill will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
